By using WhatPlan, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What WhatPlan Is

WhatPlan is a collaborative planning tool that lets you create and share encrypted documents via permanent short URLs. It's designed to be simple, private, and work directly in your browser without requiring an account or app installation.

Your Content

You own everything you create on WhatPlan. Because your content is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot access, read, moderate, or recover it. You are responsible for:

Keeping your document links safe — anyone with the link can view and edit the document
Backing up important content — if you lose a link, the encryption key is lost with it
The content you create and share through the platform

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WhatPlan to:

Store or share illegal content
Attempt to overload, disrupt, or attack the service
Reverse engineer or interfere with the platform's security features
Automate access in ways that degrade the service for others

Service Availability

WhatPlan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to keep the service running reliably, but we make no guarantees about:

Uninterrupted availability
Long-term data retention
Suitability for any particular purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatPlan and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WhatPlan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
